Eli Shukron at the Tomb of the Prophet Samuel and the Hannah Spring

In this video, Eli Shukron is at the spring called "Hannah's Spring" near the place that is believed to be the tomb of the prophet Samuel.

Video transcription: Okay, we here in the area of the tomb — the prophet of Samuel's tomb. But in this area in the northern slope of this hill, we found here, a wave here, a "spring" and if looking here, we can see the water came from the rock! And this (is) called, this spring (is) called the "Hannah" Spring in the name of the mother of Samuel. Just beautiful place! Today, there's a lot of (those of the) Jewish religion that're coming here to purify themselves here in this place, making a "mikveh," like to do the mikveh here in this area because this is where there is the "living water." So, this is the best place to purify yourself here in the place of the public Samuel tomb in the spring with the name "Hannah Spring."

Hannah was the mother of the Old Testament prophet Samuel. For many years she had been married but had no children so she prayed to the Lord for a son and dedicated him to serve God. Young Samuel went to serve God with the High Priest Eli and when Eli died Samuel became the prophet of the Lord.
