My name is Charlotte Bona Via a from the great state of Iowa, and I'm standing in front of the lovely Lake Tana in Ethiopia. Several years ago, I opened the Bible and everywhere I opened it said I'm calling my sons my daughter's home, and I didn't know what that meant. But in time I felt led to go to Israel, and it just opened my experience and my mind to what the Bible has to say and seeing the places where Jesus lived and walked just opened my understanding to the Bible. And a similar thing happened in Ethiopia. There's Scripture -- Zephaniah talks about the bamboo boats from Ethiopia, and there's several other scriptures that referred to Ethiopia. Bob Cornuke and Rhonda Sands put together a trip where we have followed where the possibility of the Ark of the Covenant has been here in Ethiopian in different places. We've seen gorgeous churches, gorgeous art, gorgeous architecture and things that relate to the Bible. So we're putting these things together and opening up a new understanding of possibilities, so I've just thoroughly enjoyed it. I thoroughly enjoyed the people on the tour from every part of the country, just wonderful people. I felt completely safe here. and I would recommend it for anyone that's interested in not being a tourist but being a traveler.
